Three ways I can help. One way of working.
The right starting point depends on what your business needs. I can help you make a decision, lead the work or understand the technology you already have. Every engagement starts with the business problem, not the technology.
Software & Technical Leadership
For businesses building software, managing a development partner or struggling to get a project delivered.
I help turn business requirements into a workable technical plan, evaluate architecture and delivery decisions, coordinate developers and keep the focus on what actually needs to be built. Typical work includes technical planning, architecture reviews, vendor coordination, delivery oversight and hands on engineering when needed.
Explore Software & Technical Leadership →02Technology & AI Advisory
For businesses deciding what technology to invest in, whether to adopt AI or how to improve existing systems.
I help assess the real problem, compare possible approaches, estimate complexity and identify unnecessary costs before they become commitments. Sometimes AI is the right tool. Sometimes a simpler integration, a better process or no new technology at all is the better decision.
Explore Technology & AI Advisory →03Technology Due Diligence
For businesses, investors and buyers who need an independent view of a software product or technology environment.
I assess architecture, code quality, infrastructure, dependencies, maintainability, scalability and technical risks. The aim is to understand what exists today, what may become expensive or difficult later and what needs attention before a business decision is made.
Explore Technology Due Diligence →A straightforward way to get started.
We discuss the business, the problem, the current setup and what a useful outcome would look like.
If I can help, we agree on the questions to answer, the work required, access needed, deliverables and timeline.
Depending on the engagement, I review systems, speak with stakeholders, work with the development team, evaluate options or contribute directly to implementation.
You receive clear findings, recommendations or completed work. If further work makes sense, we can discuss it. There is no obligation to turn every assessment into a long term engagement.
Common questions.
Do you work with companies outside Slovakia?
Yes. I work with clients internationally. Many discussions and assessments can happen remotely, and I am happy to travel when meeting in person is useful.
Can you work with our existing software development company?
Yes. I can help clarify requirements, assess technical proposals, review progress and improve communication between your business and its development partner. The aim is to help everyone work towards the same outcome.
Do you only work with AI projects?
No. AI is one of several technologies I work with. Depending on the problem, the right answer may be a conventional software solution, an integration, automation, a process change or no new technology at all.
Can you help if we do not have an internal technical team?
Yes. Depending on the situation, I can help evaluate options, plan the work, assess vendors and provide ongoing technical oversight.
Do you only provide recommendations, or can you help implement them?
Both are possible. Some engagements focus on independent advice or assessment. Others involve technical leadership, collaboration with developers or hands on engineering. The scope depends on what the business needs.
How much does an engagement cost?
The cost depends on the scope, complexity and level of involvement. The first conversation is an opportunity to understand the situation and determine whether a useful engagement can be defined. Any paid work should have a clear scope and agreed commercial terms before it begins.
Have a technology decision you need to get right?
Tell me what you are trying to solve, what is not working or where you are unsure. We can have a straightforward conversation about the situation and whether I can help.
Start a conversationNo elaborate sales process. Just a direct conversation about your business and the problem in front of you.
