I have spent my career building software, leading technical work and helping digital products operate in the real world.
My experience covers full stack development, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, integrations and technical leadership. I have worked on everything from business critical enterprise systems to digital health platforms and new technology products.
I have also seen how easily software projects become more complicated and expensive than they need to be. Sometimes the problem is technical. Sometimes it is an unclear requirement, a missing decision maker or a gap between what a business expects and what a development team understands.
That is where I believe I can be useful.
I can speak to a business owner about priorities and cost, then work with developers on architecture, implementation and delivery. I am comfortable examining a difficult technical problem, questioning an existing approach and explaining the tradeoffs without hiding behind jargon.
I hold an AWS Solutions Architect certification and an Apple Certified IT Professional credential. My legal education also informs how I think about business decisions, risk and responsibility. I do not present that education as a substitute for legal advice.
I founded Drzik & Co. to provide independent, practical help to businesses that need to make good technology decisions. I lead engagements directly and bring in specialist expertise when the work calls for it.
Sometimes the answer is a new system. Sometimes it is a simpler integration, a change in process or a decision not to spend money at all.
I believe the right answer is the one that makes sense for the business.
If you have a difficult technology decision in front of you, I would be happy to talk it through.
Understand the problem first.
Before recommending a tool or starting development, establish what needs to improve and how success will be measured.
Spend money where it matters.
More technology does not automatically mean a better business. Choose the simplest approach that meets the real requirements.
Make the technical understandable.
Business owners should be able to understand the important decisions, tradeoffs, risks and costs without reading a technical specification.
Stay involved until the work makes sense.
Advice is useful, but implementation matters too. I can work with your existing team, help manage a vendor or get involved directly where appropriate.
I attend professional technology conferences to stay current with how software, infrastructure and AI tooling are changing in practice.
Have a technology decision you need to get right?
Tell me what you are trying to solve, what is not working or where you are unsure. We can have a straightforward conversation about the situation and whether I can help.
Tell me what you are working onNo elaborate sales process. Just a direct conversation about your business and the problem in front of you.
